How do i get FPS hands to follow where i look(using oculus rift)

so im messing with FPS templates both VRTemplate and the FPS Template. I can get the arms to stay with the camera if i use the mouse. but when i switch to oculus rift, the hands do not stay with the camera, i’d like my hands to kind of be locked on the screen, nomatter where i look.

When running a standalone version of the FPS template in 4.5, the arms were relative to where I was aiming as I looked around with the Oculus. Which version of the engine are you working in? Also, what SDK is your Oculus running and what display mode is the Oculus set to?
