I didnt want to just create one depth destruction where everything shatters at once, i followed tutorials and signed up for the dev program, got accepted downloaded physx lab, fractured a model and tried importing it into ue4.
It was imported into the game and it even said it is an destructible mesh. But the pre-fractured didnt come with it it seemed. I am pretty lost if anyone could give me a simple step-to step tutorial on how to get multiple depth destruction from physx lab into ue4 I’d highly appreciate it.
You can check your depths to make sure those imported correctly.
Aside from that you’ll probably just need to set up you dm’s settings properly in UE4. The support depth is probably set to 0 which won’t give the dm any support to show the proper destruction effect.
