Hi, I am developing PS4 games. I want to be unreal engine developer. I filled console source code and I confirmed unreal developer request on sony siedev, however, I am still able to wait to be a developer. I can not contact anyone because I get this message when I reply the mail which comes from epic support “Thanks for contacting Epic Games Player Support. If you are receiving this message, you are either trying to reach us through an invalid method or responding to a closed case. To open a new case, please visit http://help.epicgames.com.”.Is there anyone so I can contact him to solve this issue.
