How do i get access to Realityscran ?

I tried so many things, and this setup is not, the best, but how do i get access to reality setup?

I have it on my phone, and i want to see if i can work on my reality scan, on here, as the file format, on the phone i baaaad.

Hi @chalsdk , welcome to the forums! :slight_smile: I’m sorry to hear you are having problems on your end with reality scan. If possible please answer the following questions so that I can better understand the issue you are having.

  • Based on your question, are you having problems installing reality scan to your computer? If so, what steps have you taken to do so and where are you getting stuck?
  • When you say, “I want to see if I can work my reality scan, on here”, do you mean you are trying to export your reality scan data from your phone and into your computer to work on it further in desktop version of reality scan?
  • When you say that the file format on the phone is bad do you mean, that when you scan with the phone you are not getting the results you are expecting? If so please specify where on scan are you getting unwanted results.
