How do I get a notification when someone submits a review to my products in the marketplace?
This has been a long requested feature for sellers. Currently you have to manually check every product to see if there are new comments.
You should also email the marketplace support, or PM one of the staff on the forums about getting the marketplace badge so you can gain access to the private forum.
It is essential to give adequate support to the people who buy your products. I don’t understand how it is not implemented.

There is a pretty big list of essential things that the marketplace has been lacking for years, contacting customers and being notified by comments and ratings is just one of the things Epic doesnt seem to have a priority for. Its pretty pathetic to be honest, yet we’ve talked to Epic, and complained many many times, but nothing has been improved in that aspect.
