How do I get a light to track with part of a video actor?

Am making a feature film where I will be shooting live actors against greenscreen and bringing this motion tracked footage into Unreal for integrating into 3D. The video will be processed with Beeble so all Unreal environment lighting will affect the video as an integrated 3D Actor. There will be scenes where an actor is carrying a lantern or a candle as they move about. I want to be able to precicely motion track the lantern (for example) and have a niagara light source move with it, so that it properly lights the actor and the environment as they move about.

Can this be done in Unreal directly? Or can I create a motion-track sequence in After Effects and apply this to a light actor in Unreal? How can this be done?
