How do i generate the ios certificate?

from this link https://docs.unrealengine.com/latest/INT/Platforms/iOS/QuickStart/3/index.html they have a link to the ios certificate generating page, but when i click the link it just takes me to the Account page. How do i generate an ios certificate from a pc is it even possible to do anymore?

Hello ,

When you log-in with your Apple ID and password, what page are you seeing, and does the add button not appear for you?

Hey guys.
I have the same problem with certificate. When I press link for certificate it’s opening me just this and there is no add or plus sign.

I am having this issue, too. It is not resolved! Where do I find the add button to generate a certificate.
