How do i fix this physics issue?

Hello, i’ve been following this tutorial : Ponytail physics Tutorial in Unreal Engine 4 - YouTube
I managed to replicate this for a ponytail just fine.

However i’m trying to do this with a dual braid mesh ( screenshots below ) and im having trouble with the fact that one of the braid is doing just fine, and the other glitches a lot… It seems to be related to constraints, but i’m kinda new to that so that’s why im seeking help here.
