Try to close and re-open your UEFN session.
If that is still not working I guess you should reinstall, it says that files are missing.

Maybe also check your firewall / DNS / adblock settings, it should be able to communicate with epic servers correctly

That’s not a valid answer “that doesn’t work”
Please explain what you did.

The error may be frustrating but with much more details on what you tried to do, it will help us going around this error.

  1. When did this error start to appear ? I know it’s hard to tell, but did you install software the same day or a few days before running UEFN?
  2. By starting a fresh project, do you still have this error ?
  3. Please send your C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\host file here.
  4. Does that ring a bell to you ? Smartgun/Gameplay/Bullseye/WID_RampingROF
