How do I fix the Epic Games Launcher when I get the error "The necessary prerequisites have failed to install"?

I tried to run the Epic Games Launcher as an Administrator but it doesn’t work!
I downloaded all files related to Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables , all files installed except “vcredist_ia64.exe” in visual C++ 2010 and “vcredist_arm.exe” in visual C++ 2012 and in visual C++ 2013 , its cannot be installed despite my system is 64-bit. So how can I solve it and thanks in advanced.

Per VC++red. Did you start by uninstalling all old version “cold restart” then installing the new required versions? “this is what fixed mine a time ago”.
