How do i fix 0xc000007b error at start ue4?

i downloaded Unreal Engine 4.11.2 at windows 8.1

and started but it says

can’t started program(0xc000007b)

i tried to fix it to search internets

but i found things are not working

like remove and then install again microsoft visual c~2012 and 2013

and msvcr and d3d

nothing fixed my error still i have this error

in this time, how do i make log to you guys see?

i visited that hyper link and then i tried to log the error

so i succed to make log of error at start ue4 by using Procmon

and this link is i made log file’s link

i uploaded to dropbox because basic attachment function is not working

and i made log with dwalker too

here is download the log.txt file

so what is problem?
