the models I downloaded, I don't know where to find it on my computer. I followed the instructions to find it but it's hard to know what file format it is.

Models you download from the Twinmotion Cloud, Quixel Cloud, or Sketchfab libraries will be downloaded to a libraries folder. By default, this folder is in your Doucments > Twinmotion202X folder pertaining to the version of Twinmotion you are using. You can also find their locations in the Edit > Preferences > Custom Paths settings.
