How do I enable DLSS Features?

I installed the plugin and enabled all the corresponding DLSS in Editor Settings. I know it only works in PIE and Standalone mode. Now my question, how do I enable it? Do I need to type a console code? I see no menu for it for options. Documentation doesn’t say anything about how to bring up the menu either. Thanks.

As a bonus question:

How do I run console commands in standalone mode?
