How do I edit Texture Sets for export?

I’m trying to export a material but I don’t see how to edit the texture settings. I’d like to control which maps plug into my packed map. I see an option to select “Metalness”, “Specular” and “Unreal” but would like to override these with a custom export?

I think something mightve been lost in translation? I’m specifically asking about Quixel Megascans, the subforum we’re in and the app attached in my image.

Looking at Quixel’s youtube tutorial on the subject, and their documentation on the subject, both show options I don’t have in the latest update. (Compare either link to the image attached in my original post)

Curious if the custom export settings have relocated, were removed, need to be enabled, or any other combination of things.
