I purchased several licenses for a plugin so certain members of my org can use it. How do I distribute the plugin through p4 and horde UGS so that only those members can access the plugin/binaries? We had to customize UGS and horde to get this done but I imagine there has to be a better way. Or can we just throw it all in the repo and have developers outside the seat count disable it?
