Open Edit - Editor prefesences, and search for “camera”.
There you will find “camera preview” checkbox.
Thank you!
How do you pop it out into it’s own window? @Epic 4.23???
This is the most annoying thing. This should be a global / cross project setting. As many times as I come back to this post I should stick-it note this to my head.
Can we undock it and make it a separate window so it’s not in the middle of my view port??
Trying to figure out how to undock preview as well

Alright think I figured it out, at least for me: Click on perspective, at the bottom check “Cinematic Viewport”, then go back to Perspective and click on which camera you want to preview. Cheers.
Thank you!
Thank you so much!
Important:
Working in 4.25, had to restart the editor to get this to apply. When I set it I got no prompt popup warning me that I needed to restart. May be the same in earlier versions of the editor too.
Works for me in 4.25.3 without restarting the Editor.
Also, the setting below “Camera Preview Size” is useful - setting it to a small value (like 2) leaves the preview up but makes it small enough so that it isn’t in the way.
Thanks so much! Works in 4.27.1 without restart.
