How do I disable bone stretching in Rig?

Hello,
when I move my control around, the bone is stretching, how do I disable this?
Should I make some settings to the bone in Blender maybe? Or some settings in the Rig itself?

Well, in the Rig I added NewBone in the Rig Hierarchy as the child to the last one, and attached my Control to this bone as “Add control for selected”.
In my ItemArray (which I pass to CCDIK/FABRIK) I added this NewBone at the end.
It’s invisible, and my last ‘real’ bone stays undeformed, instead all the stretching goes to this NewBone.
Don’t know if it’s right solution, but it works for me…
