How do I create a tutorial level or someone called a tutorial level?

Hello people. I’m so new to UE5. I have no idea how to create a tutorial level. I want it to be like a player hit a box collision then a widget popup that shows the message and some character moves as GIFT or video(if it can be.). If anyone has a tutorial for this or some YT video that teaches about this. I’m appreciate it.
