How do I code sign and package using Xcode 11 and UE4.24

For months now I’ve been trying to package and test on iOS 13 using Xcode 11. I was hoping when 4.24 came out that all the issues would be resolved.

No matter how I configure my iOS project I always get CodeSign Failed.

In my apple developer account I created a provisioning profile and a certificate. I’ve created an iphone App Store or Adhoc distribution profile and an iPhone distribution certificate.

Unreal Engine tells me that they are valid and good to go. I “uncheck” automatic signing. I also go to my packaging settings and make sure I’ve selected “shipping” for the Build Configuration and I’ve check “For Distribution”

Someone really needs to update the documentation because I think the newer Xcode requires some things that are causing packaging to fail.
