How do I check text box for words / symbols / phrases?

If someone uses a spam fake email domain (shark lasers) as their email address to register, I want to keep the register button still disabled.

So i want to type somewhere words, symbols and phrases to block. Where do I type this ?

after manually trying EVERYTHING I finally got it working!
