How do I change the speed of sections of my Matinee?

Hello, i have make a small rollercoaster, i have made 49 keys for follow the rail but for the speed, isn’t good, it change a lot of time, i have a way to normalize reading speed and make upper slower and down little bit fast?

From what I know at this moment You can only change overall speed of your matinee by changing play rate in details of MatineeActor.
