How do I change a texture on a material downloaded from Megascans?

In particular I found this wood material but I would like to change it s yellowness to a whiteness neutral tone to do this I guess I need ot edit the source texture but I can’t find how to do and when I locate the texture it says is an uasset and cannot edit this in Photoshop … how can I do ?

When you get an asset from MS, it automatically gets put in a material instance, there you can edit stuff like color tweak and contrast, roughness etc:

I did that but the problem is not to replace the texture but to edit the original texture , because even if I change the texture with one of mines I do not have the correct other maps .
I want to edit the original texutre used .

If you want to edit the texture, then you need to export it and do it in Photoshop, or similar.
