How do I adjust the landscape using an external actor (blueprint)?

I have a blueprint of a building and I want the following actions to take place on its territory, what do you recommend?

  1. Clean the grass/trees under the actor in the specified area.

  2. The ground (landscape) was leveled under the actor in the specified area.

  • I have only heard of “LandMass Patch”.

But to make it so that when the building is moved, all these features move with the building, like landmass and pcg
