How do I add plugins from fab now that the fab tab is gone

I’m trying to add the following plugin to Unreal Engine 5.6

But pressing the plus while in the fab window in a project doesn’t add the plugin, and tutorials reference the fab tab in the epic games launcher which no longer exists.

If you add it in the Epic Launcher, there should be a “add to project” option there.
