How do i add an animation to a synty character

I am trying to add animations to a character. I have watched about 15 videos but can’t find a clear way to do it. I do not want to retarget animations. I simply want to assign them to the synty character. You can see below that the marine character from a game dev course has all the animations assigned. There are no blueprints, this is a blank project.

I think I need to import them somehow from what i have read, but im not making much progress so a bit of guidence would be greatly appreactied. Thanks

Unless you find animations designed for synti characters, you have to retarget.
