we have an enterprise license, i have removed it from the old PC, when i try and log on using Epic on the New PC is still comes up with a PPI license, any idea what i’m doing wrong? I cannot seem to login anywhere on Epic licenses to add the new PC. All help greatful, thanks

sometimes the removing doesn’t help. In that case you need to contact our support (support@capturingreality.com) as it can be done just from our side.
