I am a former Sketchfab seller and I have migrated to Fab, I have set up my trader account under Fab, set up my hyperwallet account and linked it to my Paypal. . I am still very confused how revenue works in this website and I really need some help
For example, last month (November) I have recorded enough sales to bypass the $100 threshold. Although I haven’t gotten any indication, like an email or a notification, that I have sold my work which is pretty weird. I only found out I had sales when I looked in the sales report under publish tab.
Anyways, my main issue is to do with my Hyperwallet - I have absolutely no way of accessing or even seeing any funds in the hyperwallet account. I have set up an account there and Fab tells me its activated in the ‘publisher settings’. But all Fab is asking me to do is to ‘update your hyperwallet account’. I clicked that button and logged in my Hyperwallet account, all I see is my account summary and I have no idea what I am supposed to update. Does anyone else have this issue? What should I do?
