I am new to this world so please excuse what will be an alarming level of ignorance!
I come from a motion control cinematography background. Our very small company, (3 of us) are int he latter stages of a new Pan and Tilt remote camera platform. We are able to export the positional data on both pan and tilt in real time. We think, though would very much take advice from the community, that if we can integrate this data within the Virtual studio it could be very beneficial.
I would hugely appreciate thoughts about this. And of course I have a further bunch of questions as to how we do that; both in terms of the hardware interface, how our data is bundled and exported. And I have heard about latency between camera and background. Is this still a thing? Has it been resolved? Where does the latency originate from?
So you see I have many questions and hoped that perhaps the community we be able to offer some advice.
