when the character’s animation is moving, the camera is exercising too, when the character stop , the camera stop too.

If I understand you correctly, you can attach a camera at the end of a camera boom under “Components” in your Character Blueprint and the camera will follow the character’s movement from a fixed point (depending on where you place the camera.)

the camera have the Motion in UE4,when I click the play in UE4,the camera moved itself,the character move itself, the camera and the character do not kinematic chain,
