How change scale of model with disconnected meshes

I blocked out some architecture using primitive shapes. All the proportions are extremely accurate in relation to each other - however the scale of the building is about 1.837 times the right size for the cm (unit) scale of Unreal’s default map.

Considering many of the meshes are not connected to each other and are still their own primitives, how can I group them to only change the scale of model down by a very specific amount? Ultimately I need it to conform to 1/16 of a inch accuracy.

I think if you group the meshes, you can scale them without the pivot points screwing things up. Whether you’ll get the sort of accuracy, is debatable.
