How can packaging for Android be this mess after so many years?

Its easily 100x more complicated and buggy than packaging for Windows, i gave up lauching my game on Android 2 years ago using UE4, now i got a new installation with UE5 and it is still the same nightmare, the same problems, the same users totally lost, the endless youtube tutorials that never work

Epic is a software company and this is a real shame
