How can I use 'replace object' to replace elements with a degree of randomness

Hello, I will Revit to create a full model then, when I transfer it into twinmotion using a datasmith file I will typically replace the placeholder trees with Twinmotion trees. I do it for a few other things like cars as well. But, what I want to be able to do is when I bulk replace elements is to make it so the trees have some variation in size/positioning or a randomizaton of car paints. It looks awkward when all the objects come in the same. Is there a solution or work around I am missing? Thank you.
