How can I use Mannequin Control Rig with different mesh?

My another Skeletal Mesh has the same skeleton, but slightly different proportions, so when I apply my mesh to this rig it gets stretched.
In this video (Animating with Control Rig in 4.26 | Inside Unreal - YouTube) Epic stuff shows shareable (for different meshes) Control Rig, but there is no such thing in the Mannequin Control Rig Demo.

How can I use Control Rig properly?

Also when I bake custom animation in sequencer with Control Rig, some parts of body shifts a little to the side. Even if I use this animation with default mannequin.
