How can I use Livelink after packeging?

Hello,
I’m using iClone Livelink plugin and it’s working just fine in unreal editor
But for some reason it’s not working when I package the project
I made sure to use -messaging in command line and also I added “apply to client” node with the livelink preset added to it.
with some debugging the “apply to client” node is not working in the package as it always returns False
but it returns True if I’m using the editor
so can any one tell me what am I missing?

Not sure if the code in the video still works ( works with the iPhone ) when applied to iClone LiveLink
