How can I use actor rotation to transform object?

Hi,
I have a problem about coordinate transformation.
I create two blueprint NewBlueprint and NewBlueprint2.

when I translate them to world position (0,0,0), like the following picture.
So, I want to use NewBlueprint2(actor) rotation aligning these two quadpyramids.
what method can I do?
