How can I track how much time I spend in the Unreal Engine?

I didn’t get your answer… I want to see how much time I spend on the Unreal Engine. If I play a game, then that game’s launcher will show how much time I played that game. Now I want to see how much time I spent playing Unreal Engine. Is there any third-party software available, or is there any other way? (what you suggesting, is very time-consuming and it’s not automated. what if I missed a time?its not a good suggetion)

You could add Unreal Engine as a non-Steam game in Steam…

Though I also got other solutions, as I can add unreal engine by using AMD Adrenalin software. Thanks.
