I already visited Unreal support page and found

but it didn’t work.
Also, I have tried everything I can do such as uncheck Read Only, re-install, Run as Administrator and Epic
Launcher install location changing and so on. But nothing helped.
I even formatted my computer in order to solve this problem.
Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
The questions anyone will immediately ask:
What OS are you using?
What version of that OS?
How are you running the downloader/installer?
Are there multiple accounts on the machine?
Is your account an administrator account?
What path are you trying to install to?
How much free space is there on the disk?
What are the other specs of the machine (RAM, CPU, GPU)?

No idea what could cause that on such a system – it looks similar to my own.
Are you running some anti-virus or VPN snake oil, or some file-sharing or continuous-backup tool?
Try turning that off, if so.
Another thing to try: Installing to something like C:\UE4 instead and see if it works better?
I don’t use any anti-virus, VPN, any sharing and backup tool.
Also, the error message appear before path. The error code message appears as soon as I click ‘Install’.
