Does any way to search a function or event or variable in all of the blueprints
If you know where the root node is, you can right click on the element and select find references, which will bring up a tree that you can trace. There is also a Find tab that should open up by default (I think) in the editor window when you open the editor. You will need to untick the box that says check current BP only, though.
