How can I reset UE built-in primitives?

Whenever I start a new project or open an existing one, I get a “Fail to Load” error saying UE can load a texture referenced by “Cube”. I checked in the mesh editor and there’s no texture assigned to cube. Apparently I messed something up at some point, because I recognize the texture name from a previous project. Is there a way I can reset and refresh the set of built-in primitive in UE? Or uninstalling and reinstalling UE is the only way, could someone please tell me this will effect my Vault items? For example, after I uninstall, then reinstall UE, will the layout in my Launcher be the same?
