Without submitting to epic to publish publicly, you can create a team that includes yourself and your friends in the Fortnite Creator Portal (this will require your to verify your age and your team members’) and upload to TestCode.
In order to upload to TestCode, you will need to open your project in UEFN and find and press the project button with a palm tree on an island towards the top left of the editor. Select Upload to TestCode
Hope this helps, it won’t allow me to submit a publish to public application yet (the image won’t upload), so this is a workaround I’ve discovered for the sake of playtesting with friends.
