How can i package only c++ and replace it in previous package?

Every time i only change some little codes, but have to package whole project.
How can i seperate it, the code and content?

Also, i havn’t change any content, but every time packaging still generate new pak files. My disk is slow then,and the second time and after packaging still reqiure 30 minutes about even doing a simple number change in c++ code.
