How can I make an openable teleporter that only works for the players who have payed to open it with a conditional trigger?

I’ve been trying to make a map where you unlock different areas for a while now while currency from the previous area but I’ve run into a problem where other players on the same server can use the teleporter once it’s unlocked but I want it to be player bound and not server bound, how can I do this?

The simplest way would be to use a barrier device, as you can add players its ignore list.
a small cylindrical barrier with no material, around the teleporter would be discreet.
