How can I make a render target that Rotates the Larger sphere?

How can I make a render target that Controls (Rotates) the larger object from a Widget Blueprint?

I would like to be able to rotate the sphere in the upper left render target with my mouse and have it control the larger sphere?

I have capture 2d in the Blueprint of the large sphere with the render target and material in a widget blueprint left corner.

How do I get mouse rotation control of the render tartget and control the larger sphere?
