How can i make a clean Island shaped UV Map in Reality Capture?

HI!

I’m working on a project, using 4000 images (Cannon R100) and Laser Scan data.
I had no issues during the progress, except UV Unwrap and texture maps. (Made 27 * 16K images)

The texture map seems too broken, with too many particles on empty space.
I would like to have less particles and more island shaped UV structure on the UV map.
How can i achieve this?

This UV Maps is one of the texture map that i got from RC.
You can see small particle on the UV map, which would be better if we can combine (or minimize amount) small particles , and make large island parts as possible.

Unfortunately for now there is no other solution, but we are working on one tool to solve (or at least make it better) this.
Also, as you are using Adaptive texel size style and optimal texel size for both (min and max), it is counter-productive.

When can we expect this tool? :smiley:
