How can I improve the retarget on the hands on Unreal 5 with the IK Retargeter?

I’m currently having trouble getting the Synty assets to look good with Unreal.
I’ve made the Rig, assigned the chains, set the goals, set the bone settings, etc.

For some reasons, the hands are quite off despite my configuration.

As you can see below, the pose are very similar:

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Create a new default pose for both characters, creating a T-Pose.
If this is still not enough, I think that you may want to tweak the IK offset, as shown here.

That’s the problem. Similar is not Identical.
To have the same result, you need Identical.
