How can I import vertex animation & slice animation from FBX?

Hi, I want to create an animation for showing architectural concept diagram,

though it’s much easier to achieve this process along in 3ds Max,
I want the rendering outcome be similar as other archviz scene created in UE.

I’ve searched and learned how to export object animation with morph target,
the technique is easy to use for a single object,
but it feels so difficult for multiple objects setting up all their morphers
instead of simply record the vertex movement…

Is there any other way that I can import the vertex animation from 3dsMax?

and is it possible to export the slice animation like below shows?
