How can I get the Mannequin to appear?

I have downloaded the mannequin packs but nothing appears on the 3rd person platform?

It’s a bit hard to tell what is going wrong using the context given. When playing/simulating the 3rd person template map can you not see the character or is this just in editor? Can you share screenshots of the error you are recieving?

Any additional specifics or info you can provide can go a long way in solving your problem!
