How can I get my AI to rotate smoothly instead of snapping while aiming using ALS v4?

This is what is happening:

I want it to rotate smoothly like it does without aiming.

• Changing Use Controller Yaw does nothing
• Changing Use Controller Desired Rotation does nothing
• Changing Orient Rotation To Movement does nothing
• Changing Rotation Rate does nothing
• Changing Set Control Rotation from Pawn Orientation does nothing
