How can I get a metahuman to be just one skeletal mesh?

I am trying to get my Metahuman to work as one skeletal mesh, but it isn’t working. YouTube hasn’t given any answers, so I am coming here. (Sidenote, I also need it to be one skeletal mesh for the animations I am using.) The last thing is I also am trying to get an AI (using a metahuman for the character model) to follow the player with pre-set animations from Mixamo. If anybody could help with ANY of these things, it would be greatly appreciated.
