I want my metahuman to auto snap to the ground when I animate him.I’ve created a line trace from the body skeletal mesh to detect the landscape and it works.
The problem is the Control rig actually controls the position so I need to expose it’s components in the bp.First to auto adjust the height of the metahuman(and here I need the global_ctrl exposed) and 2nd I want to also fire traces from the foots so I can align them to the angle of the landscape.By the way does anyone knows how I can calculate that angle based on the trace result?I think it has something to do with the normal or impact normal output nodes but I can’t figure out how to calculate it.
